AIDE Variables

When the AIDE Program receives data, each student's Sunshine State Standards FCAT's scores are reviewed.  During this review process 5 distinct categories of students are identified and tracked though the whole AIDE system.  These AIDE variables serve as indicators to educators these students may be in need of additional education assistance.  The SSR (Reading) portion of the FCAT and The SSM (Math) portion of the FCAT utilize the same criteria for the AIDE variables but are mutually exclusive.  For example a student may have a Loss variable in Reading, but have no AIDE variable in Math.

The AIDE Variables are utilized throughout the whole system and can be located on most forms by clicking the AIDE Button at the bottom of the form.
