AIDE has three separate and distinct charges.  This three tier charge system is designed to allow school systems to utilize existing resources to offset costs.  The first tier is setup.  ADS will supply the gateway for data to be brought into AIDE and the instructions to do so.  Should the school district need assistance in this process there is a daily consult fee.  The second tier is licensing.  There is an initial fee based on the districts unweighted FTE count.  There is a reduced annual renewal fee These fees include support for the product and continual updates.  The third tier is training.  Again this is dependent on the districts budget and resources,  Training services are provide in a variety of ways.  ADS can handle broad based training to an intensive train the trainer model.
